Calvin started in the real estate industry in 2005 after having spent many successful years in the high-tech sector. He offers his clients extensive experience and professional knowledge of the Outaouais real estate market. Living in the Chelsea region since 2001, his passion for nature and the outdoors have assisted him in becoming an expert in the country real estate sector, offering both buyers and sellers a relaxed and fun experience with both their buying and selling dreams.
The Cross-Smith Team is made up of two experienced brokers, Kevin Cross and Calvin Smith. Kevin and Calvin joined forces in 2017 and have thrived within the industry. They are both very familiar with all sectors of the Outaouais region and can easily navigate the ins and outs of the complex real-estate market. With a background in administration/customer service and selling homes for builders. Stephanie adds her knowledge and experience, as well as her recent graduation at College Immobilier du Quebec.
